Return and replacement of products

Return (jewels) or replacement can be accepted only if we are personally responsible for wrong transportation of the product. In this case, please, contact us either by phone or email.

The return of the product in question must be sent back during the time of 3 (three) working days from the moment of the product has been received. Indispensable obligation is that the product must be in its original package and the receipt of the order must be attached to the package. Also, the whole package must be in perfect condition and under no circumstances USED. Make sure that the package must be sent back taking into consideration all security measures, so as no damage could happen during the transportation.

Our shop has absolutely no responsibility for any damage or loss during the transportation. In this case the replacement of the product is out of the question. The returned product will be replaced without any further cost of transport from your part, you just pay the fees of the original transport.

Returns and replacements will not be accepted if the product is manufactured under special order, it has been altered or for any other reason apart from the above such as (wrong jewel due to our responsibility).

There are no refunds.

In case of cancellation of your order and while the product is on its way, you have to pay the expenses of the transportation to – from. Then you will receive the money you have paid for the product in five (5) working days from the exact date we receive it in your indicated back account, taking out only of transportation expenses.
